The dynamism of the 4-3-3

The most popular formation amongst the top teams in Europe today.

Real Madrid
Barcelona
Bayern Munich
Napoli
Manchester City

The 4-3-3 is being employed in a few different ways around the world.
The most evident of them being the following (Barcelona)

As it can be seen, Barcelona as a team have made triangles all over the pitch as long as their formation stays.

We all know that triangles and football are a match made in heaven.

4-3-3 is a very dynamic formation and allows for a lot of movement.
In the sense that Messi need not stick to his Central striker position, he may drift out to Pedro while Pedro seeks to be more central.
This drifting is what causes defenses to be boggled by the movement of Barcelona.
As long as the triangle is complete, there is always a pass to be made.
